Branch Realty has been providing commercial and residential real estate advisory services in Santa Fe, New Mexico for over 45 years – since being founded in 1979 by Michael and Maida Branch.  The Branch family is well-known and respected in local real estate circles, having been active in Santa Fe commercial real estate for the past four and a half decades.

 

Darren P. Branch, the founders’ second son has now taken over the family business as Qualifying Broker. Darren has worked as an Associate Broker under his late father from 1993-2024, during which time he facilitated thousands of successful commercial and residential sales and leasing transactions.  

 

Over the past three decades, Darren has advised hundreds of small business owner-operators – whether helping them to lease or purchase the ideal space for their commercial needs (retail, religious, office, event space, etc.) or selling their commercial, industrial or medical office space and buying another like-kind property in a 1031-exchange transaction.
